Your role
As a bookkeeper/ financial controller at eBuddy you will play a key role in maintaining and updating financial records, and in the implementation of accounting best practices. You will join the finance team that includes another bookkeeper and the CFO.
Your skills
- Recording accounts and bills for the business for both incoming and outgoing transactions
- Manage accounts receivable; build reporting structure and improve processes
- Improve financial control by implementing accounting best practices together with the CFO
- Prepare salary and payment batches
- Co-ordinate with banks and assist accountants
- Support CFO in various tasks such as financial reporting, cash flow analysis and capital budgeting
Requirements
- HBO level
- Minimum of 1 year work experience
- Basic knowledge of finance, and accounting practices
- Strong aptitude for numbers
- Experience with Exact Financial system
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Detail oriented, organize, accurate
- Experience in, and enthusiasm for the internet and media industry
- Fluent in English
